Born and raised in Philadelphia, Daniel Baer knows the area, the surrounding suburban counties, and its many vibrant neighborhoods inside and out. The Team is motivated by an intrinsic desire to help people find their perfect niche within Philadelphia’s vast and diverse accommodations. He’s happy to assist anyone, whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor. 

Daniel’s natural entrepreneurial drive motivated him to pursue his real estate license in 2012, and he hit the ground running, quickly fostering an excellent reputation among the locals and his fellow agents. Daniel takes great pride in having built his business from the ground up.

A big part of why he’s remained in the city for so long is because he loves that each neighborhood feels like a city within a city, each with its own unique vibe and culture. It doesn’t hurt that Philadelphia boasts one of the nation’s most diverse dining scenes, some of the best food in the country is right here in town!

He and his wife, Jennifer have six kids collectively and enjoy spending family time together when they’re not working, taking their kids to activities, including softball, soccer, and gymnastics. Daniel also likes to stay up-to-date on his alma mater, Philly’s own Temple University (Go Owls!), and when it’s nice out, he breaks out his Big Green Egg to smoke meats and grill.
