Jennifer Baer, the wife of Daniel Baer and an enterprising member of The Daniel Baer Team, is a  resourceful, capable 20-year industry veteran with experience working in just about every facet of the real estate industry. 

She officially started in real estaste as a receptionist in 2004 when she was placed by a temp agency. Her grit and dedicated work ethic led to her being kept on after her initial assignment. From there, Jennifer worked in nearly every position within a brokerage, including conveyancer, processor, financial and administrative director, controller, and Chief Operations Officer of a large team. She officially obtained her PA salesperson license in 2018 and her NJ salesperson license in 2021. 

Jennifer also received her undergraduate degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, allowing her to take an analytical approach to budgetary and marketing strategies. She excels at juggling complicated sales and still gets a thrill from solving a tricky title issue. Jennifer enjoys helping her clients navigate even the most difficult situations and appreciates a challenge. Part of what she loves best about working with real estate clients is assisting them in accomplishing their goals and finding diamonds in the rough. 

Having been in the business for so long, Jennifer specializes in sharing her unique perspective and committing herself to help clients navigate the fast, ever-changing market. Her knowledge and expertise put people at ease during a significant and important time in their lives. Jennifer is happy to work with anyone, whether you’re a landlord, first-timer, or an investor. 

When she and Daniel aren’t working hard for their clients, they enjoy spending every moment of their free time with their six kids. A blended family, the Baers love being outside, and Jennifer’s interests often mirror whatever her children are into at the moment, whether it’s sports or something creative. She also likes to read and relax with yoga in her downtime.
